At SOMERA, we would love to accommodate you; however, please note that we do not offer general returns or exchanges, and all sales are strictly final. We make an exception for size exchanges exclusively for customers who have not physcially tried and ordered omline, as items that have been tried on while buying physically from us are no longer eligible. Additionally, if your article arrives damaged, you must notify us 12 hours of receiving your order, and we will be more than happy to exchange it for you—please note that we only offer exchanges and do not issue refunds.
